People kept asking me about minimized window thumbnails. I caved.
There’s something else interesting that went into the scaleaddon plugin too, a new layout mode for scale. But it’s 4AM. I’m too tired to blog.

but, if I minimize a webpage running flash, the cpu still continues using cpu… no thanks!
it would be an option to preserve the live previews or only a snapshot taken before minimize window. just as kwin and aero does.
Flash would continue using the CPU anyways. Saving a snapshot of the window isn’t any more efficient as faking minimization.

But doesn’t faking minimization break other things? At very least, a workspace switcher (like in Gnome/XFCE panels) will still show a window on the desktop, no?
